4 ekor ikan kerisi (dibersihkan) - linda tuko pd ikan tongsan
2 batang serai
2 keping asam gelugur
santan secukupnya
1 kiub pati ikan bilis
garam dan gula secukup rasa
hirisan daun kunyit - optional
bahan-bahan kisar :
3 biji cili merah (dibuang biji)
4 biji cili padi
1 cm kunyit hidup
1 labu bawang besar
2 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci lengkuas
1/2 inci halia
Cara-cara :
Tumis bahan-bahan kisar dan serai hingga wangi.
Masukkan sedikit air, ikan, kiub ikan bilis dan dikuti santan. Kacau perlahan-lahan hingga mendidih.
Masukkan garam, gula, asam gelugur dan daun kunyit (jika suka). Kacau lagi hingga mesra.
Hidangkan panas-panas sesudah masak.
