Bahan-bahan:<br />
<ul>
<li>1 kilo ketam - buka cengkerangnya dan buang insang n poket bhn buangan-potong 2 jika saiznya agak besar. Cuci bersih dan toskan.</li>
<li>2 sudu makan serbuk kunyit</li>
<li>1 labu bawang besar*</li>
<li>4 ulas bawang merah*</li>
<li>3 ulas bawang putih*</li>
<li>2 batang cili merah*(nak pedas lagi boleh tambah cili padi)/boleh juga guna cili kisar</li>
<li>4 sudu besar sos cili</li>
<li>2 sudu besar sos tomato</li>
<li>2 sudu besar sos tiram</li>
<li>1 sudu besar sos plum(optional)</li>
<li>2 biji telur ayam-pecahkan dalam mangkuk n dipukul sedikit</li>
<li>1 cawan minyak masak(agak2 jer)</li>
<li>Garam dan gula secukup rasa</li>
<li>Air secukupnya</li>
<li>Tomato(optional-potong berbaji</li>
</ul>
Cara-cara:<br />
<ol>
<li>Masukkan
ketam ke dalam bekas yang agak besar,tabur garam dan serbuk kunyit.
Tampikan bekas supaya ketam bergaul mesra dengan garam dan serbuk kunyit
tadi. Tidak perlu gaul menggunakan tangan atau senduk. Kisar bahan
bertanda</li>
<li>Goreng ketam sehingga kulitnya kemerahan untuk
sekejap sahaja..jangan goreng lama2 nanti isi ketam akan keras. Goreng
sampai habis termasuk kulit(cengkerang)sekali(yg bertelur)</li>
<li>Setelah
habis menggoreng ketam,gunakan minyak yang sama(jika masih banyak
kurangkan sedikit sehingga tinggal dalam setengah cawan).Tumis bahan
yang dikisar tadi sehingga naik bau n kekuningan.</li>
<li>Masukkan semua
jenis sos sambil dikacau sebati. Masukkan air secukupnya(dlm 1 cawan
gitu),perasakan dengan garam n sedikit gula/perasa</li>
<li>Biarkan kuah
mendidih dan sedikit pekat barulah masukkan ketam yang sudah digoreng
tadi..gaul rata.Jika suka masukkan tomato yang dipotong berbaji</li>
<li>Setelah bahan2 sebati dengan ketam tadi,masukkan telur ayam dan kacau seketika</li>
<li>Padamkan api dan sedia untuk dihidangkan..Selamat Mencuba!</li>

1. Bersihkan daun pandan, kerat kecil2 dan blend dengan kelapa parut
dan air. Tapis untuk mendapatkan santan yang kini berperisa pandan.<br /> 2. Dalam mangkuk besar, masukkan telur, gula pasir, santan dan sedikit garam tersebut. Kacau sekejap untuk melarutkan gula.<br /> 3. Masukkan esen vanila dan sedikit pewarna hijau, kacau lagi hingga rata.<br />

Panaskan minyak didalam periuk tekanan(pressure cooker) atau periuk

daging.<br /> Tumiskan bawang putih, merah dan daun bay. Kemudian masukkan pes bawang dan tepung gandum, kacau rata.<br />
Masukkan semula daging dan air secukupnya, kacau rata. Tutup periuk
dan masak selama 1 1/2 hingga 2 jam(kalau menggunakan periuk tekanan,

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1. Panaskan pengukus.Toskan pulut dan masukkan ke dalam loyang. Masukkan santan dan garam secukup rasa. (kurang tak apa, jangan terlebih masin). Gaul rata santan dan beras pulut.</span><br />

Selepas 20 minit, angkat pengukus, gaul rata pulut dan rasa garamnya. Kalau belum masin, tambah sedikit lagi garam dan gaul sekata. Sekiranya pulut cukup masak, tekan padat ke dalam loyang dengan sudu atau senduk hingga rata.</span><br />
